As I lay your body in the ground, and then leave you behind
A train of thought slowly passes by, it's a sin in my mind
And the happiness, so shimmering bright, hiding deep in those eyes
And the attraction, so strong, it couldn't wear a disguise
The question still lingers, why does sin exist?
The question is, why is it punishment persist?
All the points of the bones are a bit too bright for my eyes
Their calling me, gradually, to the dark eternity
It's become clear to me, and it's clearer now that I rise
But it soon fades away to be free
I then lock your memories away, so that no one will see
The lock is damaged so it might break, that I can guarantee
All the way bellow, till you'll reach the end of that maddening love
There was an impulse so fierce, it couldn't be disposed of
While gathering the pieces that you have left behind
I've waited here for the dream just to leave my mind
All this sin is taking form just because I will admit defeat
All punishment shapes as such just because I love it too much
I will leave everything, my existence will be complete
And I'll go 'round again, but with no end
If tomorrow will come, will I show a smile to someone?
A smile so true and so pure, like the one I showed once before?
And a wish is flying high, it's the wish I keep sending by
That these things never will say their good-bye
